While Ben Metcalfe was at WordCamp Boston 2 weeks ago, he stopped by HostingCon for a while to meet and mingle and connect with the hosting community. While he was there he had the opportunity to sit down and talk with CloudFlare‘s Co-Founder, Michelle Zatlyn, about hosting everything from small, but serious mom and pop business websites, all the way up to the big guys like HTC and VM Ware. They cover how to do support on Twitter vs. a Help Desk, and Ben also gives some advice to aspiring entrepreneurs who may be ready to take the plunge into their first startup company.
