Contact Support 24/7
If the Support Garage does not answer your questions then our team of WordPress experts, that are available 24/7/365, can help troubleshoot issues that revolve around how your site interacts with our infrastructure and WordPress core. In order to ensure you are getting the help you need as quickly as possible when contacting Support, please be prepared to provide as much relevant information as possible including, but not limited to:
- Account name
- Full details of the error that is occurring
- Steps to replicate error
- Specific pages or files that are causing errors

Live Chat
We offer Live Chat 24/7 for all WP Engine plans. You can start a Live Chat by logging into the WP Engine User Portal, clicking the Live Chat drop down menu. Our Support team is available anytime to help with your questions.
Phone
Although most questions can be answered via our Support Garage and Live Chat system, we can be reached by phone as well. Phone support is available for Growth (or Professional) plans and higher. You can contact the WP Engine Support Team via the phone number displaying in your User Portal’s Support 24/7 section.
Status Blog
Should a system wide issue occur impacting the functionality of WP Engine tools or your site itself we will update you via our Status Blog. Subscribing to our Status Blog will allow you to receive updates about system-wide issues via email for convenience!
